Quotes, inovices and delivery
Quotations are received at rx@althacare.com and are confirmed for invoice at payment. Once the order is processed and payed the invoice is issued and delivery is scheduled. Once the package is delivered, the client signs and approves the receipt.
Delivery dates
If payment is confirmed between monday and wednesday, delivery is scheduled for the next monday. Delivery is approximately 4 business days, nevertheless it may vary depending on the client´s specific needs or the special nature of the product.
Refill: Recurrent treatments
After receiving the first order, each product recurrence is administrated by althacare® in coordination with the client / patient.
